Looking for an easy way to access your vehicle and riding information as well as other resources and tools? The Polaris Account Experience allows you to find vehicle specs, maintenance records, manuals, warranty information, recall bulletins and Ride Command resources.
How to access your account?
Your Account can be accessed on any device and from any Polaris brand website.
Use the ACCOUNT button in the upper-right hand corner of any Polaris website.
OR use the Ride Command app
Log in or create an account.
Once loggined in, use the ACCOUNT menu to access all of the features. Click on WELCOME in the upper right-hand corner to access the menu.
Selecting ACCOUNT will bring you to the new Account Experience. It has five tabs in the horizontal menu; account, my garage, vehicle 101, online orders and profile.
From account, you have access to vehicle owner's manual, recalls and bulletins, and warranty information. You will find links to offers, your recent online orders, your most recent tracked ride on Ride Command and your most recent tracked ride on Ride Command.
Click on my garage, you will find more information on all of your stored vehicles. When you click on a vehicle you can find the VIN, model year and trim level. You can also find recommended maintenance and your maintenance records, owners manuals, vehicle specs and accessories.
Click on Vehicle 101, you will find articles and videos that demonstrate common maintenance procedures as well as any additional tips.
Online orders, here you can veiw your current online orders and their status as well as your purchase history.
Profile, here you can manage your accounts contact information, login info and shipping address.
